Most of our products are designed for both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. It is advisable to always store them in the shade or cover them with the provided liners when not in use. We manufacture liners for all our pieces.

Most of our chairs are constructed with a steel frame coated with powder paint to provide greater resistance in outdoor environments. While our products are durable, the lifespan of the finish on the frame will depend on the environment conditions where they are used. In case of dents or scratches, we recommend applying anticorrosive paint of a similar color to the affected area. Stainless steel frames can be custom-made upon request.

Our chairs are woven in a wide range of patterns and materials, each with unique characteristics that require specific care according to the material.

Synthetic cord weaving is suitable for both indoor and covered outdoor. To extend the product's lifespan, we advise protecting it from the sun using our covers or keeping it in the shade when not in use. The fabric can be cleaned and maintained with a damp cloth or by applying silicone with UV protection. For deep cleaning, a high-pressure water gun is recommended. Over time and exposure to UV rays, colors may fade.

We call our braided polyester cord "Cabuya". Cabuya is recommended for indoor and covered outdoor use. Colors may fade over time with exposure to UV rays.

Our wicker finishes are treated with transparent varnish to enhance product resistance in outdoor conditions. This product is recommended for indoor use.

Guineo fiber and Cienaguero Cord are materials recommended only for indoor use.

Some of our models are available in upholstered versions, using different types of fabrics according to project, home, indoor, or outdoor requirements.

Solid wood is a living material that will be affected by light, temperature, and humidity conditions. Regular maintenance increases the natural durability of wood, so we recommend protecting it from continuous exposure to UV rays.

All our slides and wooden arms are made of teak wood.

Some of our pieces are designed to be stacked. It is important to do this correctly and with caution to avoid damage to the fabric and paint.

All Tucurinca products are crafted using artisanal techniques, so minor imperfections may exist. Colors may vary between production batches. None of the above aspects are considered defects, as long as they do not interfere with the quality and functionality of the product.

Products should be unpacked carefully to prevent damage.
